David Beckham enhanced his growing reputation in Serie A by scoring his first goal for AC Milan while the unflappable Kaka netted twice in a 4-1 win at 10-man Bologna on Sunday. The on-loan England midfielder finished off a neat move to complete the scoring and leave third-placed Milan six points behind leaders Inter Milan, who beat Sampdoria 1-0 at home in the late game.

AC Milan are considering an offer from Manchester City for Brazil playmaker Kaka, the director of the club's in-house TV channel said on Thursday. Media reports have said City, the richest club in the world after being taken over by the Abu Dhabi United Group, have bid more than 100 million pounds (US$146.2 million) for the 26-year-old.
